Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Reindeer

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 10 marshmallows
  • 100 g chocolate tempered or melted
  • 10 pretzel sticks broken in half
  • 20 googly eye decorations
  • 10 red skittles

Method
 

  1. Snap the pretzel sticks in half and push into the top of each marshmallow to look like the antlers
  2. Melt the chocolate
  3. Dip each mallow into the chocolate (holding onto the pretzel antlers) and then place onto baking paper or a silicone mat
  4. add the googly eyes and red skittle noses
  5. Leave to set. If you haven't tempered your chocolate i'd recommend keeping these in the fridge
