Method
- Crush the biscuits
- Melt 60g of the margarine and mix in the biscuit crumbs
- Press into a lined loaf tin
- Melt together the chocolate and remaining 25g margarine
- Spread over the biscuit base. I like to use a fork to make a pretty ridged effect.
- Leave to set, then cut into slices and enjoy
Notes
This recipe is easily doubles to make a square tin, or quadrupled to fill a rectangular brownie tin.
