Super easy 4 ingredient Biscoff Bars

dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, sesame-free, vegetarian and vegan

Ingredients
  

  • 18 Lotus biscuits
  • 40 g margarine melted
  • 110 g Biscoff spread
  • 85 g dairy-free chocolate
  • 1 tbsp decorations optional

Equipment

  • 1 2lb loaf tin

Method
 

  1. Crush the biscuits
  2. Melt the margarine and mix with the biscuits. Press into the bottom of a lined loaf tin. Place in the fridge to firm up.
  3. Melt the Biscoff spread and pour over the chilled biscuit base. Return to the fridge to set.
  4. Melt the chocolate and pour over the set Biscoff layer. Sprinkle with deocrations if desired
  5. Place back into the fridge to set. Then cut into 8 bars or 16 sqaures and enjoy.
