Method
- Melt together the the chocolate, butter, syrup and alcohol/milk. Stir until smooth and luscious.
- Stir in the cocoa powder and vanilla (if using)
- add the marshmallows and biscuit pieces and stir so everything is well coated
- stretch out a piece of baking paper or cling film and place the tiffin mix into a log shape. Roll up , twist the ends and roll to form a smooth cylinder
- place in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up
- unroll the wrapper, dust the surface of the tiffin cylinder with icing sugar, so it's completely covered.
- Cut into thick slices and enjoy
Notes
This chocolate salami keeps well for 3 or 4 days if kept in a sealed container
