It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas…..
These were made for the ‘international food alley’ at the School Christmas fair. They needed to be sold in portions so I made individual Bûche de Noël (or chocolate yule logs) to represent France’s Christmas traditions.

Normally made with a combination of chocolate, chestnut puree and light roulade – this is my version featuring moist chocolate sponge, sandwiched together with my homemade chocolate spread and then coated in rich, chocolate buttercream.
